Service

ApexErg helps athletes capture and review rowing workout data. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for maintaining the security of your account.

Subscription and trial

ApexErg costs $5.00 USD per month. New paid accounts receive a 7-day free trial, but a valid payment method is required at signup. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews at $5.00 USD each month until canceled.

You may cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period; access continues through that date. Refunds are considered only in exceptional circumstances. Email support@apexerg.com to request review.

Payment failures

If a renewal payment fails, ApexErg provides a seven-day grace period. After that period, new workout processing is suspended until billing is brought current.

Text messaging

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. If you opt in, ApexErg sends workout submission, processing, and summary messages. Message frequency varies, up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time.
